If you had listened to an entire M Factor album you would know they were a pretty dark group. They were making fun of pop music and calling it banal and insipid in this song. Unfortunately they were mispercieved as this single was taken out of context from their body of work.

As a member of that generation I'm sorry that we didn't realize that it was an illusion. If we had, we might have headed off what is very quickly headed our way, America is headed into a deep dark age unless we realize who the banking oligarchs are and why they must be deposed.
